Policies

No Tolerance 

 

No Shows are not accepted or tolerated in the salon. Failure to show up to your appointment will forfeit any future appointments at the salon, and your deposit.

Please turn up to your appointment on time, late clients may have to forfeit part of or their full appointment. Each Appointment is allocated the correct time when booked.

​

Please do not come to your colour appointment with wet hair. Your hair needs to be dry or may result in part of your appointment being forfeited.

​

24 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling is required.

Cancelations

​

Deposits are only non-refundable in case of a no-show or a last minute (24 hours or less cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.)

​

We understand that life, emergencies and unplanned circumstances come up, and you may need to change your appointment or reschedule last minute. That is not a problem. However, as policy stands, you will still require to forfeit your deposit, and your new appointment will need to be paid in full. It is nearly impossible to fill a spot in such little time, especially if it is a 3 - 4 hour appointment.

Deposits

 

50% Deposit is required for all new clients.

 

Existing clients must confirm their appointment through our cancellation/no-show policy. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being offered to someone else.

 

24-hour cancelation or rescheduling notice is required. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being forfeited.

 

Deposits can be paid over the phone or via Pay ID.
